Above all else, this room is warm and welcoming. The pink/burgundy combination contrasting with white bed coverings simply draws you in.
"Cozy" is not a euphemism for "small", either. The room easily accomodates two beds - one double, one twin, and still gives you plenty of room to relax in. The actual dimensions are 15 feet x 14 feet.
Windows on two sides make this a very bright room, and provide a great view of the endless foothills scenery. Write your postcards home sitting at the writing desk, and while "wish you were here" may not express your feelings truthfully, you will definitely be glad that you are here!
We have added some features that simply make your stay more comfortable - in-room coffee, plently of room to hang your clothes, some drawers for knick-knacks, comfortable chairs, and a television where you can review the movies you took of the spectacular Alberta Rockies, perhaps. (No local reception however).
But this room does not have the clinical sameness of a standard hotel room. It is the little touches that make the space homely, like the artistic dried flower arrangement on the wall, and tasteful ornaments placed careully around the room.
You had a great day exploring the sights of southern Alberta, and now you are tired. A "good tired". Come home to the Victorian Room. The perfect place to relax!
